This full-time, on-site Specialist, Leased Line Solution role is based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing business relationships with customers, identifying their connectivity needs, and proposing tailored leased line solutions. Daily tasks include conducting consultations, analyzing customer requirements, offering technical advice, resolving queries, and achieving sales targets for leased line services.

• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and designing effective leased line solutions
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients, address needs, and build trust
• Consulting and Sales abilities to recommend suitable leased line solutions and achieve sales objectives
• Experience in telecommunications, IT, or a related industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Business, or other related fields preferred
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
