Ansell is looking for a Specialist, Logistics to join our team in Cyberjaya, Malaysia!

In this position, you will play a vital role in coordinate and monitor Third-Party Logistics (3PL) partners to ensure warehouse operations meet the Ansell's standards. You will be given opportunity to involves overseeing storage optimisation, inventory management, shipment tracking, customs compliance, and 3PL performance through KPIs, while working closely with internal teams, forwarders, and external partners.

What your role will be

  • Monitor and ensure daily inbound and outbound shipments are executed by 3PLs and Forwarders as per planned and On Time.
  • Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments comply with local regulations and export countries regulations.
  • Responsible to ensure incoming shipments are captured On Time into Ansell system and ensure physical is received accurately into warehouse.
  • Ensure all outbound shipment is loaded as per Ansell requirements.
  • Responsible to ensure the stocks which are stored in 3PLs accurate in terms of quantities, SKUs and Lot# versus with Ansell system.
  • Responsible to ensure 3PLs to pick, pack, sort and load as per planned into correct container.
  • Providing the relevant reports & KPIs as per agreed dateline to direct reporting manager.
  • Liaise closely with 3PLs and Forwarder to ensure all complete sets of shipping documents are returned On Time.
  • Sensitive to the operation matters and resolve the issues with proper solutions.
  • Take on all matters related with warehouse, custom and haulage. Promptly response to the internal customers.
  • Pro-actively reporting and updating operation to direct reporting manager.
  • Establish and update regularly work priorities and stations and fulfill routine tasking by direct reporting manager.
  • Liaise closely with 3PLs and Forwarder on Billing submission On Time as per agreed dateline.
  • Responsible to evaluate 3PLs and Forwarder's KPIs.
  • Conducting weekly /monthly meeting with 3PLs and Forwarder.
  • Responsible to ensure 3PLs updating outbound and inbound tracking report timely.
  • Preparing shipment documents for outbound shipment.
  • Responsible to upload all the outbound shipment documents on time into Ansell e-portal.
  • Responsible to provide the Ageing Report timely to Customer Service Planning Team.
  • Prepare and present reports on weekly cycle / yearly stock counting audits
  • Provide backup support as needed to other Logistics Team.

What will you bring to Ansell

  • Demonstrated knowledge in warehouse and distribution management.
  • Extensive experience in 3PL management, including inbound and outbound logistics operations.
  • Strong PC proficiency with an emphasis on spreadsheet and database applications. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Software,
  • including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Have a basic operation problem solving skills.
  • Good in analytical, oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills and ability to identify, drive and resolve issues with other groups effectively.
  • Professional fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required to support operations within the China region
