About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
Specialist, Marketing to join our
Investors & Affluent Marketing team at RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will support the Chapter Lead in planning and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen brand positioning, enhance customer engagement, and drive business growth. You will also contribute to the development of go-to-market, communication, and media strategies, leveraging market insights to achieve organizational goals.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support the Chapter Lead, Investors & Affluent Marketing, in executing marketing strategies and initiatives to achieve business objectives.
- Plan and manage the implementation of marketing programs covering Go-to-Market, Communication, and Media strategies.
- Analyze market and business trends to design cost-effective digital marketing strategies that enhance reach and performance.
- Manage all aspects of marketing planning, budgeting, and performance tracking to ensure effective execution and reporting of campaigns.
- Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with Group Corporate Identity (CI) guidelines, internal policies, and external regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For
- A recognized degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, or digital marketing within the financial or service industry.
- Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with branding, media planning, and regulatory compliance in marketing activities.
