Capable in performing principles, methods and skills in providing high standard of nursing care to patients on Hemodialysis machine, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), Renal Replacement Therapy (RRT) Internal Jugular Catheter (IJC), Femoral Catheter and, Arterio-venous fistula line and Arterio-venous graft.
Capable in performing of principles, methods and skills in providing high standard of nursing practices in care of pre, intra and post hemodialysis treatment.
Assist the Unit Manager in clinical guidance and supervision of nursing personnel in activities directed toward maintaining standards of patient care, safety, infection control and professional behavior.
Ensure the implementation of infection control and safety measures concerning all patients in the unit.
Participate in giving support and health education to dialysis patient especially first time patient to care for themselves at home.
Participate in advising patient for involving in organ donation programme.
Participate in planning patient's treatment programme to achieve adequacy of treatment.
