Accountable for providing professional nursing care to patients within a hospital unit, adhering to hospital policies and nursing services principles, policies, and procedures to ensure high-quality care practiced.
Deliver dedicated services respecting patients spiritual and cultural beliefs.
Adhere to Patient Safety Goals in compliance with standards set by the Ministry of Health.
Perform all other duties of a Specialist Nurse by provides continuous cardiac monitoring, recording patient assessments, rhythm strips, and collaborating with physicians to administer inotropic support, interpret ECG and ABG results, identify abnormalities, inform consultants, ensure optimal patient care, and complete the 24-hour Critical Care Chart and related forms.
Qualifications.
Must be a Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board.
Possess a Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
With Post Basic qualification in Critical Care Nursing.
CPR, ACLS, and BCLS Certification.
Must have a valid Annual Practicing Certificate / Retention Name.
