Accountabilities
- Enforce IT Process and Procedure Compliance in all Projects
Walk through new project teams on processes and procedures compliance to SDLC and relevant manuals
Ensure templates for project documents are being adhered to
Advise project team of SDLC requirements in the various stages of the project under QA preview
Build rapport with project stakeholders, ensuring full support for development work, and ensuring smooth integration and implementation.
- Perform Reviews and Recommend Corrective Measure.
Motivate, drive and encourage project team members in complying to the SDLC documentation and work processes.
Identify and prioritise key issues when faced with several issues and solutions, focusing on ensuring Affin's interest are preserved and protected.
Practice and drive best practices in foreseeing potential problems and continually innovate in solutions
- Advise requirements in all project stages under QA preview and during review to ensure compliance to the requirements
Ensure that QA reviews are carried out to review project deliverables at the pre-determined stage.
Recommend corrective actions or best practices to be adopted
Ensure reviews are conducted for BRCP/DRP exercises performed by DRP co-coordinator
Review/advise on other areas of IT processes as and when required
QUALIFICATION
- Possess a professional qualification with a recognized Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as ITIL, COBIT, PMP, Prince II, Six Sigma, CISA or other related professional IT certifications will be an added advantage.
