Champion compliance culture enhancement programme across the Group to ensure improvement in awareness and accountability across all value-chains within the Group;
Assisting in initiatives to close compliance knowledge gaps via learning needs and training programmes; and
Ensure compliance knowledge continuity across the Group
Assist in gathering and compiling data for the learning needs assessment of Group Compliance
Key Responsibilities
Assisting the implementation of all on-going initiatives under compliance culture enhancement programme
Proactively ensure the sustainability of the initiatives to maintain heightened compliance culture and awareness across the Group
Assisting in analysing compliance competency gaps and work with stakeholders on training needs to address the gaps.
Develop relevant training module for classroom training or e-learning module.
Work with respective stakeholders on identification of root causes for non-compliances and work with respective stakeholders on correction and prevention action.
Identify and develop new training programs and channels.
Assist to prepare and publish issues and updates on compliance and non-compliances incidents for awareness
Work with the team on compliance culture initiative for the Group and assist to facilitate compliance awareness initiatives.
