You'll Support Meaningful Work By:

  • Supporting the sales team by preparing accurate quotations, pricing proposals, and solution packages aligned with client requirements
  • Interpreting floor plans and developing detailed project specifications, drawings, and workspace solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Design, Customer Service, and Operations) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all project materials
  • Assisting in the development of client presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and sales pitches to support opportunity progression
  • Calculating pricing components, including product configurations and logistics costs, while ensuring proposal accuracy and compliance
  • Maintaining quotation records and documentation to support project tracking and post-installation requirements
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to balance workload priorities and meet critical client timelines

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in pre-sales support within the office furniture industry or a related field (e.g., interiors, construction, or workplace solutions)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and specification development
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience preparing quotations, pricing proposals, or technical documentation in a sales support or similar environment
  • Ability to interpret client requirements, floor plans, and technical specifications
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requests under tight timelines

Desired Skills And Experience

  • Experience using quotation and specification tools (e.g., Hedberg, Quest, or similar systems)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of workspace design principles, ergonomics, and office furniture solutions
  • Understanding of industry standards such as BIFMA, LEED, ISO, or related compliance frameworks
  • Experience with additional design tools such as PCON, Revit, or SketchUp
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively identify and address gaps in processes or solutions
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage for supporting regional client and stakeholder needs
