- Build talent pipeline through multiple sourcing channels including but not limited to job boards, social media and internet sites, community services, colleges, and employment agencies.
- Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization's recruitment standards and business needs.
- Contact candidates, schedule interview appointment and develop appropriate interview questions in collaboration with the hiring manager to ensure interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably.
- Full recruiting life-cycle from reviewing, interviewing through to offer stages and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job's pre-established selection criteria and the organization's recruitment policies.
- Respond to enquiries from candidates, hiring managers and external recruitment agencies about the organization's recruitment activities and the status of job vacancies so that interested parties are kept informed without compromising the organization's standards of privacy and confidentiality.
- Provide end-to-end talent acquisition solution and services across multiple business disciplines.
- Liaise with business department to understand manpower needs and assist to develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring strategy.
- Act as a business partner and TA advisor to understand and tackle recruitment needs & challenges of Business Units.
- Be PPG's brand ambassador promoting our employee value proposition to inspire and engage candidates.
- Support TA-related projects & initiatives e.g. Internship Program, Employer Branding, Process Improvement etc.
- Administrate TA metrics report, inclusive of invoicing and cost-tracking.
- Assist in handling various HR ad hoc projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Administration Studies, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 4 Year(s) of relevant working experience and a resourceful person.
- Regional exposure will be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in using recruitment tools e.g. ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and local job portals.
- A detail-minded, well-organized, with a strong analytical mind, initiative and proactive.
- Excellent time management, able to prioritize work, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and planning skills; proficient in MS Office.
