Key responsibilities in your new role
- Perform routine training administrative tasks to ensure HR training processes are completed accurately, on time and in compliance with established HR procedures.
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date HR Talent Development data, reports, and statistics for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage Human Resource Development Fund (HRD Corp) administration, including applications and claims, and provide guidance on HRDF-related matters and latest circulars.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
- Strong hands-on experience and expertise in HR learning systems, including SAP and SuccessFactors.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and analytical approach.
- Clear, articulate, and meticulous in communication and work execution.
- Skilled in diplomatic and sensitive communication, with awareness of intercultural differences.
Note: 1-year renewable contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company.
