The Role:

We are looking for a Specialist – Talent Sourcing, a role that focuses on proactive, niche talent sourcing to support IT and insurance-related hiring across Southeast Asia. This is a hands-on role requiring strong market intelligence, passive candidate engagement, and the ability to manage multiple high-demand requisitions in a competitive talent landscape.

Key Accountabilities:

What you'll do:

• Act as a trusted advisor to recruiters and hiring managers, providing market insights and shaping effective sourcing strategies
• Partner closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality, well-qualified candidate shortlists
• Proactively source and engage niche, passive talent using diverse channels such as LinkedIn and social networks
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through ongoing relationship management and talent pooling
• Conduct consultative candidate conversations to assess skills, experience, and motivations for current and future roles
• Use data and market intelligence to continuously refine sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes
• Champion a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed, engaged, and supported throughout the process

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in sourcing niche and hard-to-fill roles
• Highly proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
• Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver under pressure
• Skilled in providing data-driven market insights to inform hiring strategies
• Background in insurance or financial services is preferred
• Experience in regional sourcing across Southeast Asia is an advantage
• Amenable to a hybrid work setup, with at least 3 days per week onsite presence
