You will promote and share the technical and product specifications to the customers and AEC.
What You'll Do
- Develop technical specification activity program for Public and Private specifiers.
- Carry out technical talks and seminars to the target groups at least one a month.
- Develop and manage Product Development Plan and strategies for new Products into existing markets / new markets and existing products into new applications / markets.
- Manage and develop product DNA including review or revise the product DNA for new products or existing products into new applications / markets.
- Develop a full product training syllabus and training calendar.
- Work closely with MarCom and Product Development in new product launch by carryout product training to customer.
- Develop the training modules for every product launched into the market.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or any relevant disciplines.
- At least 2 years in a technical capacity with some level of marketing exposure.
- Experience in steel construction industry would be an added advantage.
