Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Petaling Jaya for a Specification Sales position. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as communicating and providing customer service to clients, developing sales strategies, providing training, and managing sales. As a specification sales position, the candidate will be responsible for selling products directly to architects, engineers, specifiers, building owners, developers, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in specification sales or business development
• Ability to create and execute specification sales strategies
• Experience providing technical specification sales proposal and managing tracking project to positive result.
• Strong sales management skills
• A background in construction to understand building drawings and building materials is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
• Fluent in English and Malay
• Willingness to travel
