You will drive technical advocacy and consultative selling to secure early specification, grow premium adoption, and build trusted relationships across construction projects.
What You'll Need To Do
- Lead proactive technical specification and consultative selling efforts, targeting identified construction projects.
- Develop and nurture early engagement with project stakeholders from design to construction phases.
- Deliver technical presentations, seminars, and workshops to architects, consultants, engineers (AEC professionals), quantity surveyors (QS), and building owners.
- Build strategic relationships with architects, specifiers, contractors, developers, and project owners to influence specifications.
- Gather and communicate market intelligence, project trends, and customer insights.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers.
What You Need To Succeed
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Architecture, or related fields.
- At least 5 years experience in specification work, consultative selling, technical sales, or key account management, preferably within the Building and Construction sector.
- Strong understanding of construction stakeholder dynamics.
