Specification & Technical Sales Manager (ACMV / HVAC / PDV Systems)

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Specification & Technical Sales Manager to support and coordinate specification and technical sales activities for ACMV/HVAC/PDV systems. This role remains hands-on in technical sales while also taking on additional responsibilities to guide junior engineers and support specification-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

·     Promote and specify ACMV/HVAC/PDV systems to consultants, contractors, and developers.

·     Support and coordinate specification activities during the design and tender stages.

·     Interpret mechanical drawings and propose suitable technical solutions.

·     Prepare and review technical proposals, submissions, and compliance documentation.

·     Track project pipelines from design to execution stages.

·     Conduct technical presentations and discussions with clients and consultants when required.

·     Deliver confident and effective presentations to clients and consultants.

·     Quickly develop a strong understanding of company products and services.

·     Provide guidance and support to project team/ site team on technical matters and submissions.

·     Assist in handing technical queries or discussions from consultants and clients.

·     Support site coordination, pre-sales meetings, and project follow-up.

Requirements:

·     Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

·     Minimum 4–6 years of experience in ACMV/HVAC system sales or specification support.

·     Familiarity with ACMV systems and basic specification processes.

·     Knowledge of MS1525, ASHRAE, and UBBL standards.

·     Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

·     Proficiency in AutoCAD.

·     Own transport and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Salary Range:

·     4-6 years: RM6,000 – RM7,500

·     6+ yrs: RM7,500 and above
