Reporting to the Unit Supervisor.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the Speech-Language Rehabilitation Unit to ensure operational efficiency and goal attainment
- Design, implement, and conduct activities adhering to current best practices in clinical management.
- Monitor and analyze trends in departmental key performance indicators
- Evaluate and diagnose patients presenting with mild speech-language and swallowing disorders
- Administer therapeutic interventions for patients with mild speech-language and/or swallowing difficulties
- Offer consultation and guidance to patients and/or their caregivers regarding mild speech-language and swallowing concerns
skills and experience required
- Bachelor of Speech Science
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Must be based in Penang
