Job Description:

Update daily trackers for mid-mile operational functions in SPX Express
Monitor, track, and review daily activities and utilization levels against targeted benchmarks
Provide performance updates to stakeholders based on tracker data or as required
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly summary reports for all operational functions in SPX Express
Coordinate operational performance results with the respective functional PIC
Collaborate across multiple teams to drive process and system improvements
Maintain accurate and updated records for all operational trackers
Oversee performance levels and alert relevant stakeholders when targets are not met
Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the department head or reporting line
Manage agency employees attendance and reconciliation
Handle all agency-related matters

Requirements:

Working Location: 3, Jalan Keluli 1, Taman Perindustrian Bukit Raja Selatan, 40000 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia & Lot 183628, 183631, 183634, Jalan Sungai Chandong 29/KS 11, Pulau Indah Industrial Park (PIIP), Klang, Selangor
Working Pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required
Diploma or Degree in the related fields.
Minimum of 1 year's experience in logistics operations is preferred
Must be able to proactively provide feedback and updates to relevant stakeholders
Able to work independently in a dynamic and diverse environment
