Job Description

Pay:4,000.00 (MYR) - 5,500.00 (MYR) per month

Job Description

  • To handle full sets of accounts
  • Maintained Fixed Assets registers.
  • Monthly closing of accounts and preparation of monthly budget
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness and data integrity of all financial data
  • Ensure accounting records are maintained properly
  • Maintain proper data entry of invoice in SQL
  • Perform daily accounting operation task, including cash flow forecast, accounts receivable and payable.
  • Handling and issuing of cheques, IBG transfers and telegraphic transfers
  • Ensure proper maintenance and filing of accounting records and other documentation.
  • Preparing financial reports.
  • Oversee audits, tax, e-invoicing, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Ordering stock and supplies. Oversee inventory management
  • Overseeing the purchasing, maintenance and repair of equipment.
  • Contact customers for payment and send out SOA
  • Check and issue payroll for payment
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience as a Senior Accs Exec / Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Strong knowledge in SQL
  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
