Sr. Associate, Information Systems Operations Management

The Sr. Associate, Information Systems Operations Management (Science/Tech/Engineering Path), is primarily responsible for ensuring IT systems are efficient, secure, and optimized for performance. Specifics include:

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Monitor IT system performance and recommend improvements for optimization
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain business continuity
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to align systems with business requirements
• Assist in designing and implementing system enhancements and contribute to developing operational strategies to improve system reliability
• Make decisions on day-to-day operational issues and recommend system improvements while working under the guidance of senior team members for complex decision-making
