Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Mechanical Systems Operation & Maintenance:

Manage and maintain HVAC, chillers, air compressors, and dehumidification systems.
Ensure reliable performance of all mechanical equipment and utilities supporting manufacturing operations.

SPC & Performance Monitoring

Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods to track and analyze mechanical system performance trends.
Implement corrective actions based on SPC data to maintain efficiency and prevent failures.

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM)

Develop, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance schedules.
Conduct condition-based monitoring and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime.
Monitor and enhance system health to ensure reliability and operational efficiency.

Energy Efficiency & Optimization

Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency in mechanical systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainability initiatives.

Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution

Compliance & Safety

Ensure all mechanical systems comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.
Support audits and inspections to maintain compliance with ISO9001and other relevant standards.

Project Involvement & Continuous Improvement

Support facility expansion projects, system upgrades, and process improvements.
Apply root cause analysis (RCA) and Lean methodologies to enhance system reliability.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
05 years of experience in Facilities Engineering, Mechanical Maintenance, or related roles.
Fresh graduates and junior engineers are encouraged to apply; senior engineers will also be considered based on experience.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, chillers, compressed air systems, and dehumidifiers.
Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) is an added advantage.
Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
Hands-on experience with BMS (Building Management System) is an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
