Job Description

Business Requirement Analysis & Transfer

  • Convert high-level business requirement, process intotechnical action plans
  • Define clear deliverables:Epics, user stories, process flowcharts
  • Pain point identificationand resolution through stakeholder communication.

System Process & Solution Design

  • E2E process mapping(as-is/to-be states, gap analysis)
  • Design scalable solutions forcross-system integration(ERP/CRM/data platforms)
  • Prototype validation with tools like Figma/Axure.

Agile-Centric Delivery

  • Prioritize backlogs usingagile model
  • Executesprint-driven development(2-3 week cycles)

Key Requirement

Hard Skills

  • 5+ years in business analysis withcomplex system solutionexperience
  • Proficiency in JIRA/Confluence (backlog refinement), Visio/PPT(process design, presentation), SQL
  • Fluent Englishis a must,Mandarinwill be a plus
