We are seeking a Senior/Manager BI & Analytics to serve as the strategic analytics partner for a specific business domain (e.g., Marketing, Sales. , Operations, Finance). In this role, you will deeply understand domain-specific challenges, scope and prioritize analytics needs, and manage the domain's analytics portfolio to maximize value while preventing solution sprawl. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and data teams, ensuring analytics initiatives align with business goals and drive measurable impact. The ideal candidate has a strong mix of business acumen, analytics expertise, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on delivering high-impact, scalable solutions

The challenge is to:

Business Partnership & Needs Identification

• Serve as the primary analytics liaison for the business domain, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and document analytics opportunities that align with business objectives.
• Conduct requirements gathering and problem-framing sessions to define clear analytics use cases

Portfolio Management & Prioritization

• Own the analytics portfolio for the domain, ensuring a balance of quick wins and strategic initiatives.
• Prioritize requests based on business impact, feasibility, and ROI, in collaboration with data teams.
• Maintain a centralized roadmap of active and planned analytics projects, avoiding duplication and redundancy.

Solution Design & Delivery Oversight

• Work with data engineers, analysts, and BI developers to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, and aligned with data governance standards.
• Monitor project progress, remove roadblocks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Adoption & Value Realization

• Drive user adoption of analytics solutions through training, change management, and continuous engagement.

• Track and report on solution usage and business impact, refining approaches as needed.

• Retire or consolidate underused solutions to maintain a lean, high-value portfolio.

Do you have experience in Retail and Analytics

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven business roles, preferably within the relevant domain.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand operational challenges and identify analytics opportunities.
• Experience managing analytics portfolios or projects, balancing short-term and long-term needs.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools(SQL, Excel, BI tools like Power BI, Tableau) and data concepts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into analytics solutions and measure their impact.
