This role will be responsible for collaborating with the relevant senior business and functional stakeholders in the sourcing and ongoing supplier management of all spend in the designated categories (e.g. Logistics, Marketing, HR, etc) across the Asia Pacific & Japan region. Typically, the role is involved when spend is above $100K and responsible for category strategy, sourcing, supplier management, and procurement systems.
In addition, accountability for the organization of professional, accurate and cost-effective travel arrangements for TD SYNNEX APJ employees, within company guidelines and standard, delivering customer service to all APJ countries.
Drives savings, compliance, and excellent internal stakeholder experience across the region.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for key spend in major nontrade categories (IT, Logistics, HR, Marketing, Travel, etc.).
Lead RFPs, negotiations, contracting, and supplier performance management.
Work with business leaders to ensure early procurement involvement and strategic alignment.
Serve as key contact for the outsourced APJ travel provider and TD SYNNEX APJ employees to ensure costeffective, policycompliant travel arrangements.
Negotiate travel provider contracts and manage travelrelated risk, reporting, and cost control.
Maintain and optimize travel tools and processes (e.g., Concur).
7 years procurement experience in an international, matrixed environment.
Strong sourcing, negotiation, and category management expertise.
3 years experience managing travel operations and systems.
Advanced analytical and communication skills fluent English.
Proven capability to manage stakeholders across a region.
