About the Role
The role will be based in Bangalore, India report to the Director, Sourcing Capability Development. This position drives sourcing capability across supply assurance, manufacturing excellence, and supplier ecosystem development, building a resilient and scalable sourcing network that supports business continuity and growth.
The role partners with cross-functional teams and suppliers to embed risk management, Lean-driven manufacturing practices, and continuous improvement across the sourcing lifecycle. It combines strategic thinking with execution, using data-driven insights and strong stakeholder influence to enhance supplier performance, improve operational efficiency, and deliver sustainable supply chain outcomes.
About the Team
The Sourcing team partners cross-functionally with Global Merchants, Product Developers, Compliance, and an expansive network of global manufacturing networks. The team focuses on scaling end-to-end supply chain strategies, establishing robust quality governance frameworks, and driving operational efficiency across the General Merchandising portfolio. By prioritizing trusted supplier relationships, advanced data analytics, and an Every Day Low-Cost mindset, the team builds a highly resilient, agile manufacturing ecosystem that champions private brand safety, innovation, and exceptional value for millions of customers.
