Responsibilities
Job Description
- Participate in PRD (Product Requirements Document) review as early involvement activity.
- Participate in product DFM review.
- To initiate and establish MTP (Manufacturing Test Plan) - Develop & determine test requirement (including test equipment & fixture planning)
- Prototype RF measurement, verification and validation
- Responsible for test jigs and fixtures kick off and DFM with supplier.
- Responsible to establish manufacturing documents (SOP, PFMEA, Control Plan) on test related processes
- Responsibility to participate on DVT and PVT build and RF measurement.
- Failure Analysis Corrective Action Planning (FACA)
- CPK and GR&R Analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or software engineering
- 5+ yrs. Experiences in assembly process development, automation development or product design/development experience
- Basic knowledge of new product development processes and workflow
- Basic knowledge or experience in RF field
- Proficiency in using RF test equipment (vector network analyzer, spectrum analyzer) an advantage
- Basic knowledge of electronics and Arduino-based hardware
- Familiar with programming concepts (C#/.NET preferrable)
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledgeable of quality control and quality issue analysis and improvement.
