Our client is a medical device distributor specializing in infection control equipment, surgical equipment, and other medical devices.

As a Senior Product Specialist, your will be overseeing every aspect of the product from development to marketing. You'll work closely with your team to ensure we deliver top-notch products to our customers.

As an expert in the product, the specialist develops sales, pricing, and profitability strategies, marketing structures, recommends improvements, increases revenue, and identifies opportunities.

  • Marketing

    - Oversee all marketing campaigns for the company or department.

    - Design, strategize, coordinate and implement effective marketing strategies with sales, finance, public relations, and production departments.

    - Monitor and executive the marketing campaigns to ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed.

    - Promote our business, products, or services effectively by conveying accurate and compelling information to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

    - Work closely with product principle for product management to ensure the value and objective are aligned.

    - Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing trends

    - Keep track on the results of marketing and campaign activities for future improvement

    - Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies

    - Develop digital content to improve brand marketing and exposure on companys website and social media

  • Product Specialist

    - Self-improvement and keep up-to-date on products knowledge, strategies, market trends and competitors info.

    - Perform product demonstrations to endusers, staffs, and other stakeholders.

    - Conduct product presentations (CME) and training as an after sales services for clients, endusers and organisation

    - Handle customer inquiries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction are met.

    - Rapport with existing customer to gather feedbacks on the products and related issues.

    - Relate the customer feedbacks, recommendations and suggestions to sales, marketing, and service team members to maximize sales potential and leads.

    - Execute internal product training and product updates for sales and technical team

    - Re-train clients and colleagues when system or technology updates have been released

    - Adhere to the company's code of practice in all conduct and interactions.

    - Assist manager or superior with the development of business plans.

    - Support the project manager in the tendering process and preparation of specifications.

    - Optimized travel strategies to manage travelling budget and cost efficiently.
  • Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Good self-discipline, attendance and working attitude.

  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.

  • Team player

  • Computer literate, especially in MS applications

  • Possessed own transportation, need to travel around.

  • Full-Time position(s) available.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: RM3,260.97 - RM7,677.11 per month
