As a Sr Production Scheduler here at Honeywell, you will lead globally across the supply chain network to manage capacity and meet customer demand. You will enhance supply chain planning, execute goals, and manage SIOP, supply planning, and issue resolution
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize production schedules to ensure efficient operations and meet customer demand.
- Coordinate with various departments, including procurement, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure that production timelines are adhered to.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify potential areas for improvement.
- Create and manage detailed production plans, including resource allocation and material requirements.
- Compliance to MPS Load, CMPS, Schedule Attainment & planning process and MOS.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding updates and changes to production schedules.
- Other task and project assigned by superior.
Responsibilities
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production scheduling or related areas.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and tools, alongside advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across various departments.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production control, and inventory management.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Expert in SAP & RR GDM.
