Job Summary

ExperiencedSenior Project Managerto lead and manage complex projects across multiple teams and stakeholders. Have a strong background in project management methodologies, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 8+ years of project management experience, including large-scale or enterprise-level projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are preferred.
