The Opportunity

This position works out of our Penang location in the Abbott Vascular Division.As the Sr Territory Sales Manager, you'll have the chance to lead a sales team to ensure achievement of sales revenue & market share targets in assigned markets. You'll work closely with multiple stakeholders to achieve business objectives, and promote & establish Health Care Professional (HCP) education of the company's products.

What You'll Do

  • Plan & drive towards achieving company vision.
  • Keep abreast with industry/ market knowledge.
  • Conduct & review sales performance.
  • Update customer profiles & track market usage of products.
  • Ensure team members comply with company policy & operating procedures.
  • Manage operating expenses & budgets.
  • Conduct regular stock checks & work closely with Customer Service team on reconciliation.
  • Attract, motivate & develop staff.

Required Qualifications

  • B.S. in Biotechnology, Biomedical or any equivalent.
  • > 5 years experience in sales.
  • Knowledge in medical device will be an advantage.
  • Experience in an MNC environment will be an advantage.
