Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sr. Support Engineer, SAP ABAP (Japanese speaker). The primary responsibilities include providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution for SAP ABAP-related technical issues, delivering exceptional technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective solutions. The Sr. Support Engineer will interact with customers across multiple industries to address their enterprise software needs and work collaboratively to improve their system performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex SAP ABAP-related issues.
  • 10+ years experience in the field of ABAP programming and SAP modules
  • Deep knowledge of SAP customization/extension/modification methodologies
  • Experience in delivering high-quality customer support and demonstrating customer-centric service skills.
  • Solid understanding of operating systems and their integration with SAP ABAP & Java environments.
  • Fluency in Japanese (spoken and written) is preferred and English is required to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in SAP support roles.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently while achieving performance goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
