Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Job type: Full-time, Permanent

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies and implement recruitment project to target talent pools in market.
  • Initiate recruitment process, from create job postings, source candidates, screen resumes, review applications, and conduct initial chat to identify qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and evaluations with hiring managers.
  • Develop strong future talent pipeline for critical skills, through proactive succession pipeline building and ongoing talent relationship management.
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand their needs, develop job descriptions, and lead strategic talent-mapping to deliver an effective recruitment for business growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to champion recruitment strategies.
  • Monitor closely and maintain visibility with the hiring progress, provide relevant monthly analysis report, and build relationships at all levels with potential leads.

Skills And Requirements

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  • Experience in both local and overseas talent acquisition.
  • Good command in English and Mandarin; can effectively communicate with people from different regions.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in talent acquisition, preferably in broker industry.
  • Demonstrated skills in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong experience in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, overseas talent banks, and other sourcing techniques.
  • Deep understanding of talent landscape in fintech, broker, and related financial industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, management, and people skills dealing with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify talent and analyse market data based on recruitment trend.
  • Exceptional communication, time sensitive and attention-to-details skills are required.
