Staff Electrical Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for schematic design and debugging of the company's server-related products.
2. Work with software engineers to complete corresponding software development.
3. Responsible for electronic component selection and reliability verification.
4. Lead project development, delivery, and related documentation preparation.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and after-sales.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Power Electronics or related fields.
2. More than 5 years of experience in circuit design management for server products; independently designed over 10 server-related circuit products.
3. Over 5 years of team management experience.
4. Proficient in Cadence and other schematic design tools; familiar with common NIC, sound card, storage, and related circuitry.
5. Strong expertise in hardware design involving FPGA, DSP, and ARM.
6. Experienced in high-speed digital circuit design, including DDR, PCIe, and fiber-optic interfaces, with solid understanding of PI/SI.
7. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; innovative mindset.
