Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Responsible for achieving committed weekly delivery targets to maintain a healthy pre-delivery level.
  • Ensure accurate wafer loading and WIP prioritization to fulfill customer demand requirements.
  • Collaborate with Resource Planners, PLP, and Industrial Engineering (IE) teams on capacity reviews and customer demand fulfillment.
  • Monitor and control WIP levels across all processes, including sustain range, flow factor, aging, and lot cycle time.
  • Monitor and control F1 material consumption by maximizing output and minimizing material waste.
  • Coordinate and control equipment booking activities.
  • Support engineering sample builds to achieve On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Cycle Time (CT) targets.
  • Participate in PMST projects to ensure CM project releases are completed according to committed timelines.
  • Manage batch loading activities to maximize output and minimize conversion losses.
  • Closely monitor and follow up on high cycle time lots within the production pipeline to minimize flow factor impact.

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

  • Relevant vocational training (minimum 3 years) with extensive subject-specific additional qualifications.
  • A completed relevant degree program of 4 years with subject-specific additional qualifications, or a completed relevant degree program of more than 4 years.
  • Equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through alternative qualifications, training, or experience will also be considered.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
