Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Test package generation for new products with medium complexity (software and/or hardware development)
- Test package optimization & sustaining and/or sub-cons technical support.
- Active participation in test concepts & methods (feasibility & realization in production testing).
- Responsible for test knowledge transfer to production, test package buy-off and documentation.
- Participate in new tester platform benchmarking.
- Reuse test package with Zero defects approach (IV leakage test, poka-yoke mixing, etc.)
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Semiconductor Technology).
- More than 2 years of experience in Semiconductor Testing with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) know-how.
- Experience in ATE measurement equipments (oscilloscope, thermostream, prober/handler basic operation).
- Experience with basic programming knowledge (e.g. Visual Basic, C++ and/or LabVIEW, Phyton).
- Statistical data analysis.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Sound knowledge in schematic/electronic circuitry interpretation.
- Good aptitude in engineering analysis, problem solving and solution finding.
- ETS88D tester familarization will be added advantage
