Key responsibilities in your new role
- Support production on daily issues investigation and improvement in order to achieve Operation performance.
- Sustain and achieve quality stability to achieve zero spill, FAR target.
- Documents update and refine to ensure no expired documents.
- To support engineering sample run, GCM projects.
- To support development projects.
- To support FRT ( 8D, focus team, task force).
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor degree in engineering.
- Knowledge in die attach process, especially solder and glue.
- Knowledge in process engineering.
- Possed strong statistical skill and SPC knowledge.
- Possed strong problem solving skill.
