We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (Radiology) to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will support radiological procedures, ensure patient safety and comfort, and work closely with radiologists and allied health professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures
- Prepare patients before, during, and after radiological examinations
- IV cannulation, medication administration & patient monitoring
- Monitor patients vital signs and respond to clinical needs
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety, infection control, and hospital SOPs
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records
- Collaborate effectively with radiologists, radiographers, and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with valid Nursing Board registration in Malaysia
- Knowledge in Radiology and Interventional Radiology practices and procedures
- Strong competency in IV line insertion
- Good knowledge of patient safety and clinical protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work shifts and in a fast-paced environment
