STAFF NURSE / SENIOR STAFF NURSE (ALL DEPARTMENT)

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Provider of Care

As a provider of nursing care, the Registered Nurse uses the Clinical Nursing Process to formulate and maintain individualized nursing care plans by:

• Assessing Patient

Collects and contributes to a database (physiological, emotional, sociological, cultural, psychological and spiritual needs) from available resources (e.g. patient, family, doctors notes and others).

• Planning for Nursing Care

Establishes nursing goals and patient expected outcomes based on the list of problems with patient, family, and significant others.

• Develops individualized nursing care plans based upon the problem list and plan intervention that follows established nursing protocols.

Identifies criteria for evaluation of individualized care plans.

• Implementing the Care Plans

Carries out individualized plans of care according to priority of needs and established nursing protocols.

• Participates in the prescribed medical regime by preparing, assisting, and providing follow-up care to patients undergoing diagnostic and / or therapeutic procedures.

Uses nursing knowledge and skills and protocols to assure an environment conducive to optimum restoration and maintenance of patients normal Activities of Daily Living (ADL).

• Administers prescribed medication safely.

You will need to accomplish any other tasks given from time to time.

• JOB REQUIREMENTS:-

Possess a Diploma / Degree in Nursing only

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (APC does not needed. Trainings will be provided). Minimum 2 year's of working experience in nursing field

• Post Basic will be an added advantage

Must have valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC) & LJM.
