Job Description

Job Requirement

  1. Degree/Master: Electronic & Electrical/RoboticEngineering Technology or Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, a related discipline or equivalent and demonstrated 5 year experience of experience in process engineering or manufacturing environment Prior involvement in large-scale process improvement or automation projects is preferred
  2. Ability to interpret engineering design documents: ie. schematics, drawings
  3. 5+ years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing environment
  4. Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools
  5. Skilled in process troubleshooting, DOE, SPC, and root cause analysis
  6. Familiarity with automation, robotics, or high-volume manufacturing systems
  7. Proficiency in PFMEA, control plans, work instruction, and quality systems
  8. Advanced skills in Excel, Minitab, and statistical/data analysis tools
  9. Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Design and optimize workflows to improve cycle time, yield, and efficiency
  2. Identify root causes of production issues and implement corrective actions
  3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.).
  4. Lead equipment selection, process validation, and production scaling activities
  5. Support new product introduction (NP with robust process setup and qualification
  6. Develop and maintain process documentation (work instructions, PFMEA, control plans)
  7. Train and mentor junior engineers and production teams
  8. Collaborate with Quality, Molding, Maintenance, and Production for integrated process solutions
  9. Monitor and report KPis such as OEE, downtime, scrap rate, and throughput
  10. Lead process development, improvement, and standardization projects
