Job description:

Responsible for internal & external quality related topic inclusive production/customer audit, customer complaint, PPCM, risk assessment, special clearance, shipment halt, RMA disposition.
To govern internal / external customer complain cases & verify effectiveness of improvement activities.
Govern MSA / Calibration to ensure all measurement equipments are calibrated as plan and MSA study is conducted according to MSA framework.
Conduct routine IPA / LPA audit and govern MSA practice in the respective area.
Govern deviation management in shopfloor to ensure the risk assessment of affected materials are fully understood and disposed.
Govern SPC compliance to ensure CTQ/CTQ meeting the Cpk targets.
Early involvement in new product introduction to mass production mode.
To be the project leader to lead quality improvement projects.

Profile description:

Bachelor of Degree in Engineering.
Good knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process and FE technology.
Knowledge & experience in quality tools such as FMEA, MSA, 8D and SPC tools, statistical knowledge.
Able to work with all levels.
Good verbal in English, Chinese & Bahasa Melayu.
