Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Order booking accurately in Oracle to meet audit requirements and revenue policies.
  • Coordinate shipments and resolve shipments issue where applicable with good understanding of incoterms.
  • Liaison and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Planning, Production, Finance, Shipping, Logistics, RMA, IT, GTC, etc.
  • Provide sales support to Global RSM / KAM and to Sales Representatives.
  • Must be able to understand, interpret and channel clear message, emails, order confirmation, shipment, customers requests, and delivery schedule precisely.
  • Attend and supports customers emails and requests professional and on timely manner. Ensure customers satisfactions and able to recognize and prioritize customers requests. Know when to escalate to right channel and team. Always have urgency sense with escalation.
  • Manage and resolve backlog issues including order hold release, PO information update, update rescheduling files, purchase order requirements.
  • Review hub inventories and aging. Constantly liaise with customers for hub pull and work close with factories for hub replenishment.
  • Provide month end and quarter end support as needed to achieve corporate goals.
  • Participate in projects and goals to support Department and Corporate goals.
  • Trouble shooting all operational issues in relation with customers POs and provide solutions.
  • Prepare report as required by Customer or Sales.

Education & Experience

  • Degree in Business Admin / Economics / Marketing and related fields.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales or Marketing Coordinator or Administrative or Executive, and working in complex environment.

Skills

  • Understanding the importance of accuracy and precise in order entry management.
  • Understanding of customer management.
  • Understanding of revenue recognition rules and guidelines.
  • Knowledge with intercom and shipments practices are preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and oral.
  • Self-starter and independent with the ability to thrive in a high energy and interrupt driven environment.
  • High level of productivity. Well organized and able to effectively handle multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Business acumen.
  • Logical sense that applicable and relevant to the jobs.
  • Great prioritization skill and sense.
  • Willing to learn and always strive for room to improve.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Oracle and Salesforce are preferred.
