Key responsibilities in your new role
- Planning and prioritizing WIP to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Proactively engage stakeholders to manage production capacity to meet demand forecast and resolve supply risk issues.
- Drive production capacity optimization and ensure on time availability of relevant production capacity to meet demand using good planning systematic.
- Identify opportunities and drive process improvement and digitalization.
- Ensure good governance to planning processes to ensure compliance.
- Generate reports and deliver concise presentations to management.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration with 5 years of working experience in a related field.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and inventory control.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle) and advanced Excel is crucial.
- Ability to analyze production statistics and forecast demand.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage tight production deadlines.
