Govern, execute, and enforce the Operations Training & Certification Program (OTCP) systematically for new hires, recertifications, and role-change certifications to ensure a competent workforce in operations.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Comply with company policies, Quality Standards, and management systems related to Environment, Safety & Health (ESH).
- Uphold Business Conduct Guidelines and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) principles.
- Ensure completion of all required training, retraining, and legally mandated medical examinations for self and team members.
- Deliver products in line with committed functionality, reliability, timelines, volume, and cost targets,
- Ensure effective deployment of control plans and adherence to quality control requirements.
- Maintain strong understanding of key process parameters, including their definitions and control mechanisms.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or any related qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing company.
- Possesses strong analytical skills (i.e., handling issues, improvements, situations, and findings)
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and conflict management skills.
- Proficient in the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to prioritize issues based on urgency and execution needs.
- Strong communication and people management skills (able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders).
- Knowledgeable in training and competency development topics (able to drive respective projects and extend knowledge to others).
