Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Secure subcontractors capacity and commitment to drive delivery fulfilment
- Enable new subcon sites according to IFX supply chain process and requirement
- Drive subcon to meet planning KPIs targets defined
- Long term forecast (Business Scenario / Scenario Planning):
- Review flexibility (subcon-subcon split) in alignment with quarterly rationalization results
- Aligning new products or make/buy decision with PUR & BE OPC
- Work closely with Biz Div in HQ on outsourcing plan / roadmap
- Near / Mid-term forecast (Production Program):
- Review and define Bottle neck in IFX planning system (SPL-UI)
- Secure and update capacity in IFX planning system (SPL-UI)
- Quarterly loading rationalization to optimize cost
- Align with internal stakeholders (eg. test segment) for non-turn key production flow
- Work with Biz Div on outlook and allocation if needed
- Escalation management on capacity issue at subcons
- Consigned capacity optimization.
- Suppliers Management Relationship (low to middle management)
- Interface to Biz Div on productivity projects @ OSAT
- Supply Chain Projects to improve effectiveness and efficiency especially in area of planning
- Reporting on following (not limited to below):
- Subcontractors potential maximum capacity for Infineon
- Demand Commitment versus Forecast
- Volume Trend Reporting in relation to Business Environment
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Graduate a Bachelor of Degree in Science, Business or engineering
- Good in numbers & good written skills
- Min 5 years in planning skill set
- Japanese Speaking will be an added advantage
