Key responsibilities in your new role
- Drive System, Tool and Process improvement in Operations, Planning, and Controlling team for continuous efficiency improvement
- Manage complex cross-functional project under OSAT organization
- Ensure successful implementation within Project Budgets
- Deep dive into data analytics, and as KPI governor, to share insights to operations teams that can assist them to drive improvements
- Equipped the operations teams with the knowledge and know-how to work efficiently through training and competency development
- Develop and automate dashboards leveraging Tableau (or alternative visualization) to deliver real-time insights
- Improve data accuracy, build and maintain data ingestion using ETL tools like Tableau prep (or power query)
- Increase decision-making efficiencies by creating customized visualizations in Tableau
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor Degree Qualification in Engineering / IT / Systems Field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in Semiconductor Planning, Process and /or Manufacturing
- Project Management knowledge in backend Supply Chain Planning is preferred
- Possess skillset and ability to drive projects and implementation in cross-functional teams
- Strong in analytical, communication and time management skills
- Knowledge in SAP / programming skills / data analytics preferred
