Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Represent supply chain in new product development processes (NPI or SDHB) from the project release phase until successful ramp up completion
  • Support project management in synchronization between Product, Technology and Package projects to meet the overall timeline
  • Support master data set up according to project requirements
  • Plan, order and execute sample orders across multiple international sites
  • Lead and moderate ramp up teams in the proper project phase to assure timely execution of early ramps as requested by marketing/customers and act as expert in proving the right tools to meet ambitious ramp up goals (e.g. early risk production, FE / BE owner ramp)

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial management or any related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in semiconductor industry especially in NPI Technical Program/Project Manager, Process Integration, Supply Chain Specialist or Ramp Up Specialist
  • Experience in semiconductor engineering and production processes
  • Experience in operating in a fast-paced, evolving ambiguous environment and adjust to changing business needs and priorities
  • Experience leading cross functional team to meet the project deliverables, excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end program life cycle, NPI, Engineering Sample management, Product life cycle management, or similar roles
  • Strong command for program governance, ability to drive new business process, continuous improvements & innovations
  • Advanced problem-solving skill, analyse performance trends and bottlenecks, risk mitigation and ability to drive task forces into resolution
  • Advanced proficiency in BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc)
  • Familiarity with LEAN, Six Sigma or Agile methodologies is a plus
  • Familiarity with automation tools, workflow systems is a plus
  • PMP certification is an added advantage
