- Security Operations: Supervise security personnel, assign duties, and ensure effective patrols, access control, and CCTV monitoring.
- Incident Management: Investigate security incidents, document findings, and recommend actions. Coordinate with local authorities when needed.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct security audits, identify vulnerabilities, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Emergency Response: Coordinate with internal teams and external services during emergencies (fires, medical incidents).
- Training: Conduct security drills and awareness programs for staff.
- Reporting: Prepare management reports on security incidents, breaches, and risks.
Your Profile

- Diploma/Degree in Security Management, Criminology, or related field.
- 25 years of security experience, with supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of security systems (CCTV, access control).
- Leadership and team management.

- Communication and stakeholder management.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
