In your new role you will:

  • As part of Global Supply Chain Engineering in implementing strategic company wide initiatives, support process integration in end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing process lifecycle and process rationalization.
  • Leading the ideation, technical development of innovative process automation, system integration and digitalization. Drive cross functional problem solving and improvement projects with technical experts.
  • As project-initiatives/owner to drive or Initiate process change, change requests and projects to steer towards target-process. Develop strategise and actions plan to move towards target process.
  • Maintain documentation of global policies, procedures and provide know-how sharing or training. Continuously improve, centralize business processes documentation and support process audits.
  • Sustaining support for process related operational problems. Address knowhow, system integration and process gaps. Working with subject matter experts in resolving the problem. Leading task-forces on demand.
  • Provide and establish project-wide standards, community platform for Change Management.
  • Define the central solution, assure change management execution and monitor compliance of the process stability.
  • Key interface to business users, technical expert/architect to define target solution, and based on use cases, able to incorporate local requirement into the processes and tools

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain/ Industrial Engineering/ Engineering
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently within a dynamic and changing team environment
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks
  • Good understanding of supply chain process and/or manufacturing in semiconductor industry
  • Project Management certified is an added advantage
