Staffing Specialist (Resource Management)

Job Description

• Manage the staffing of consultants for regional and international projects.
• Ensure optimal team composition for Southeast Asian & Australia consulting teams.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of consultants professional and personal capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with project partners, project managers, and international staffing colleagues throughout the staffing process.
• Monitor resource capacity and prepare reports to support efficient utilization of consulting resources.
• Develop and deliver regular staffing and capacity reports for the management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized institution.
• 46 years of relevant professional experience, including staffing, resource management ideally within a consulting environment.
• Demonstrated reliability, proactive thinking, and exceptional attention to detail, coupled with resilience and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven capability to assess complex situations and make decisive sometimes challenging, decisions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to present staffing decisions clearly and persuasively.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Regional or international experience is highly desirable.
