Job Description

Job Description:

  • Assist in ensuring all pallets/gunnies at the main or backup staging lanes are scanned accurately before dispatch to Linehaul.
  • Support in assigning pallets/gunnies to the correct hub and ensuring proper FIFO arrangement.
  • Monitor and follow up on any abnormal TO (Transfer Order) status at problematic areas.
  • Ensure staging lane utilization is maximized before using backup areas.
  • Conduct regular asset checks to ensure all equipment and materials are accounted for and in good condition.
  • Achieve daily staging scan targets to maintain smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and tracking purposes.
  • Interested to learn and gain hands-on experience in logistics operations.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, on-ground environment.
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
  • Willing to be based at Pulau Indah or Bukit Raja Selatan
