Job Description

  • To manage in achieving service revenue (Parts and Lubes) and throughout target as plan for Dealers.
  • To manage the execution of all policies, SOPs and action plans are complies to fully implemented by Dealers by performing weekly/monthly/quarterly visits and internal audit in various areas such as operations, warranty and parts.
  • To ensure various reports request by other department or management been submitted by dealers in ensuring smooth daily operation. (i.e. VOR/Manpower/PADE/OCE/SOP/Marketing Activity/Warranty disposal)
  • To ensure dealer credit management level and debts.
  • To conduct regular weekly/monthly meeting with Dealer Management on operational matters and where needed, on other related matters.
  • To provide and review performance against targets and devise improvement action plans based on roof cause analysis.
  • To manage and sustain in achievement customer satisfaction (CSI).
  • To assist and support Service Head and the management from time to time in any new project or task related to service operation.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 –6 years working experience in Automotive as State Manager / Service Manager
  • Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline or equivalent.
