To manage in achieving service revenue (Parts and Lubes) and throughout target as plan for Dealers.
To manage the execution of all policies, SOPs and action plans are complies to fully implemented by Dealers by performing weekly/monthly/quarterly visits and internal audit in various areas such as operations, warranty and parts.
To ensure various reports request by other department or management been submitted by dealers in ensuring smooth daily operation. (i.e. VOR/Manpower/PADE/OCE/SOP/Marketing Activity/Warranty disposal)
To ensure dealer credit management level and debts.
To conduct regular weekly/monthly meeting with Dealer Management on operational matters and where needed, on other related matters.
To provide and review performance against targets and devise improvement action plans based on roof cause analysis.
To manage and sustain in achievement customer satisfaction (CSI).
To assist and support Service Head and the management from time to time in any new project or task related to service operation.
Requirements:
At least 3 –6 years working experience in Automotive as State Manager / Service Manager
Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline or equivalent.
